The P.S.I. Centre initiatives focus on psychological and psychodynamic elements for simulation excellence. This includes creating techniques and methods that evoke cognitive, behavioral and emotional effects. The Centre promotes the development of optimal and effective briefing, debriefing, safety in learning climates, and communication for framing and facilitation of simulations.
