PSW & Simulation

Ontario’s Action Plan for Health Care (2012) identifies a number of priorities relating to the health and healthcare of seniors, with particular emphasis on measures enabling seniors to live independently at home. These online educational modules were created by SIM-one with funding support from The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) as part of SIM-one’s Seniors Care Project. These modules support best practices in simulation-based training in Personal Support Worker (PSW) curricula to support seniors living at home. These modules are freely available to all PSW faculty and professionals in the healthcare simulation community.

SIM-one would like to thank Georgian College for supporting the production of these initial modules.
