This growing collection of lectures, demonstrations, and presentations brings together the brilliance of our community for all simulationists to access.
A Trove of Knowledge
SIM Speakers was born out of requests from our community for greater access to SIM Expo content and other professional development presentations from Canadian experts. Our dynamic video archive features:
- SIM Expo 2024: Narrated poster presentations, research papers, and demonstrations from this year’s event!
- Past and Future Gems: Webinars and other exclusive content contributed by Canadian simulationists.
We’re excited to grow this library with contributions from our talented community. If you’d like to share your work, we’d love to hear from you!
Pricing
All registrations to SIM Speakers are for 1 year. Access is free for members (individual SIMadvocates or employees of organizational members) who attended SIM Expo.

We invite you to share your work and make an impact on simulation education. By contributing to SIM Speakers, you can:
- Extend your reach: By sharing your presentations, you’ll reach an audience across Canada and beyond, extending dissemination of your work and supporting more simulationists.
- Gain recognition: You receive full recognition for your contributions. Gain recognition for your work among peers and your reputation as a leader and innovator
- Advance simulation: Your expertise directly contributes to advancing simulation practices, aligning with Simulation Canada’s commitment to excellence in healthcare simulation.
- Keep your IP: Anything you choose to contribute remains your intellectual property, shared by us.
- Measure your impact: You can log onto the platform to see data about user access to your videos.
- Contribute to scholarship: This can be considered as a scholarly contribution to the field for your academic CV.
Submissions are easy! Share pre-recorded videos or use the platform to record content (a how-to guide is included). From 5-minute insights to hour-long deep dives, your voice will help others.
Intellectual Property
Anything you choose to contribute remains your intellectual property, only shared by us on the SIM Speakers platform. As the author and presenter, you have control over what it shared and the ability to track views. We will remove your contributions on request.
