Course cancellation

Simulation Canada reserves the right to cancel any courses prior to the opening of the registration period. In the case of cancellation, Simulation Canada will endeavor to replace the course with one similar in nature within the course yearly calendar. If Simulation Canada has to cancel a program for any reason beyond its control, it will not be held liable. In this unlikely event, Simulation Canada will offer a full refund if it is prior to the commencement of the program, or a pro-rated refund if the program has already commenced.

Circumstances beyond Simulation Canada’s control include, and are not limited to, below minimum participant registration required for course to run, budget shortfalls, timetable constraints, fire, explosion, natural disaster, power failure, rules or requirements of any government or legal body having jurisdiction, and labour unrest (such as strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycott).

Special circumstances

A full refund (minus administration fees) may result in cases of family and/or medical emergencies. This will be done case by case.

In order to receive a refund, you must notify Simulation Canada by email, via [email protected] within the above time frames prior to the course date. Transfers may only be made to courses where there are spots available.
