The Department of Professional Nursing and Allied Health in the Faculty of Nursing invites applications for an entry-level, full-time, tenure-track Lab Supervisor appointment, commencing July 1, 2026.
You will teach undergraduate nursing students in the lab setting using a variety of immersive learning approaches, inspiring student learning across departments and programs within the Faculty of Nursing. You will coordinate lab learning activities specific to assigned courses, facilitating a team approach to innovative simulated experiences in the Faculty.
You must have a terminal degree (Master’s required, PhD preferred) in a nursing related field with strong nursing practice experience. You will demonstrate a primary commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Further education related to simulation and immersive learning in health education, is an asset to this role. You will have curriculum development experience and have a passion for excellence in nursing education.
Applicants must have unencumbered licensure with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) and/or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA) as well as meet the Requisite Skills and Abilities of the applicable profession(s).
