Overview:
Conference is taking place from the 11 – 13 November 2025 at the BIC, Bournemouth. The conference experience starts on Tuesday the 11th with our premium pre-event featuring expert lead workshops, specialist dialogue and an exclusive evening reception, and the main conference and exhibition taking place on the 12th and 13th.
ASPiH conference is one of the leading simulation events in UK and Europe, attracting professionals, students, simulated practitioners, innovators and colleagues in industry across a wide range of health and social care fields.
Call for Abstracts Open:
The call for abstracts is now open! We are seeking Research and Workshop abstract submissions under the following topics.

- Transformation
- Technovation
Abstract submission deadline: 27 April (by midnight GMT)
All accepted abstract presenters will qualify for the EarlyBird Conference Rate.
